This workshop brings together yoga practice, tai chi and connecting with others in a light-hearted two-day immersion filled with learning, exploration and discovery. Whether you want to deepen your yoga practice, enhance your teaching, share sacred touch with partners and family, add Thai Yoga to your current practice, or begin a professional training, these two days will give you a foundation to continue your own Thai Yoga explorations.
During the weekend we will:
- Learn a sequence for home practice.
- Practice Thai-based yoga adjustments.
- Explore and expand relational habits and skills.
- Develop embodied, grounded presence with others through touch.
- Learn a bodywork that is equally good for the client and the practitioner.
- Experience the foundational movement principles of Thai.
- Become friends with gravity.
- See yoga asanas through the prana-flow of the Sen meridians.
